The death penalty, or capital punishment is one of the most controversial topics in the world nowadays, is the maximum punishment that can be imposed to a person that had been an illegal conduct with which he harms to third this is given to a person who is convicted of serious crimes such as murder, treason, and terrorism. It is true that we are tired of killers, murderesses, defraud the news of detentions, assassinations, and other stories tragedies that show how destroyed is the society of today in day, But the death sentence is slightly unusual, It is not a question of excusing simply either a solution, this is not the best way to teach the people, this is a easy way to escape of the problem, is To take from him the opportunity to repent and do not knows the consequences of his conduct and to assume them, whit this you punish to those who it surround that are those who really suffer, “The death penalty is the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment, It violates the right to life”.
Approve the death penalty Is show the young people ant the Childs that grow up seeing this that the life is not as important as really is, the death penalty is the bigger devaluation that can be given to the Life, that is not an object that you put or remove to someone when you want, if the idea is to teach the people and to punish someone exist neither a lot of ways not only this that is the cruel and inhumane taking of a human life. A life is a life and there can be no justification in taking a persons life in an act of revenge we can forget that the life is the most valuable that we have

They say that this is caused by Different factors.One of these factors is The lacks of will of the politicians leading that did not do anything To cause to be worth the interest, another factor is too the military Israelis because they cant to put an end peacefully to its military occupation, that has done to fail the process of peace.
For the Palestinians the process of peaces means the finish of Israeli occupation and with that the finish of the political, social and economic pressure, but that looks so impossible while the Israelis didn’t think the same, while they continue thinking that the process of peace is one opportunity or the acceptation of the subjugation to its political dictated.
The Israeli wants to make peace, but without forgetting their principles or ideals they want the Palestinians to forget their principles, they only think in about their welfare and the Palestinian refuse to accept these conditions. In this case, the process of peace is not a solution; on the contrary this has been the cause of the uprising of the Palestinian population. The intransigence of the Israelis overall in moments of the negotiation had finish with the hope of the Palestinians.
The Palestinians have decided to return to the option of the intifada. They see that not how all the people think that is a break on the road toward the peace, they see that like a just direction toward this, like a natural expression of a town that is submitted to the slavery because if that word which express all the injustices that they are living. The Palestinians want to obtain throw this option finish with the killings, so much arbitrary against Palestinian civilians as the selective against the militants of its political movement, and make respect their rights and overall not to permit that the supposed “processes of peace” are carried out with their invented and egocentrics rules
The fact is that really I can conclude that the problem is not the processes of peace in general, but this specifically that has been taken from two very different points of view and the worse none from the two to it wanted to arrive at a neutral point and in this way are to be expected this results
The Palestinians think that the process of peace of the Israelis wants is really illogical and selfish enough with them and the Israelis think that if the Palestinians want the peace need to adapt to its conditions and how is expected the Palestinians want to manage finish With more than 34 years of military Israeli occupation that means violence with his revolt and the Israeli answer whit The terrorism of State, Increasing his repression whit a bigger number of Palestinian victims.
While none of the two not come to an agreement from that is what they want with a process of peace the discords are going to persist and more if each one is going to try to do peace to his way, They must end with this circle of violence and to try to look for a neutral point that benefits equally both parts.
